Location
Asolo, nestled in the foothills of the Dolomite Mountains in the Veneto region of northern Italy, is both picturesque and a wonderful setting for learning about the functional aspects of international business. The location of the campus offers the cultural experience of living in a small Italian community while providing direct access to the well-known art and history treasures of the Veneto region. The Veneto, with its major cities of Venice, Padua, Vicenza, Verona and Treviso, is considered to be the most economically advanced region in Italy.
Academic Program
Course of Study
The University of Iowa (UI) administers this program. Participants enroll at UI as non-degree seeking students and will receive course credit and an official transcript at the conclusion of the program. The program offers intensive, high-quality courses taught in English.
Course Credit
Credits transfer to UNL from the University of Iowa and are transferable to UNL by direct equivalency or departmental evaluation.
Eligibility
This program is open to UNL graduate students in good academic standing.
Students find the
CIMBA application materials online; the actual applications are submitted online and the remaining required documents are sent via mail. The program operates on a rolling admissions basis and could fill before the deadline occurs. For this reason, we strongly encourage you to apply as soon as possible.

Accommodations and Other Arrangements
Each room in the graduate facility is equipped with a private bath and shower. Rooms are furnished to comfortably accommodate two to four people. The meal plan provides a European style breakfast, lunch, and dinner on class days. Many students choose to do additional traveling before or after the program in Italy.
