If you are planning to use any federal grants, federal student loans, or renewable scholarships (Regents, Buffett, etc.) to help pay for your education abroad program, you are required to schedule an appointment with the Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid (OSFA). You must print, complete, and sign the "Adjustment to Cost of Attendance" form and take it to your appointment. In this announcement you will find the PDF form specific to your program.

If you are NOT planning to use the types of aid described above, you are NOT required to meet with the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid or complete the form. You may disregard this announcement. 

The Education Abroad staff has partially completed and signed an Adjustment to Cost of Attendance form specific to your program. Please note that the total program cost matches the total program cost listed in your program's MyWorld budget sheet, but the costs have been recategorized into these five categories: Tuition/Fees, Room/Board, Books/Supplies, Travel Expenses, and Miscellaneous Expenses. The cost is intended to be a good estimate for all students on the same program and need not be adjusted for each individual student. Please download, print, complete, and sign the form and take it with you to your appointment with the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid.
